NCD is committed to cleaning with health-conscious, environmentally-friendly products for the health of the client, the staff, the community, and the environment.

We are discrete and try to work with clients with their light, weekly upkeep or a deep cleaning. BHS provide house cleaning with eco-friendly products or products of choice of our clients. Bonded, insured and in business since 2008.

The standard maintenance clean consists of:
• dusting: high, surface and low dusting in all rooms
• vacuuming, sweeping, mopping of all floor surfaces
• an intensive clean in the bathrooms: disinfecting all surfaces
• an intensive clean in the kitchen: disinfecting all surfaces
• spot cleaning (time dependent): light fixtures, door knobs, door frames, walls and surfaces
• garbage's emptied
• custom requests: (bed linens change, laundry, plant watering)

Maintenance

After an initial deep cleaning (billed hourly), our cleaning crew will maintain the cleanliness of your home just the way you like it.

Deep Cleaning

A one time deep cleaning offers a detailed cleaning of your entire home with the option of including some items that are not typically included in our maintenance cleaning.

Move-in/Move-out

Our "moving" house cleaning services vary dramatically based on how the homeowners have maintained a home.

Green Cleaning

Regardless of the type of house cleaning services we provide, NCD is environmentally aware by using non-toxic products.

Pet Sitting

We understand your strong emotional bond and commitment to your pets. We understand that your pets are family too.

House Sitting

Permitting those away from their primary residence to know that their abodes will be in good and responsible hands the entire time.

Estimates

please consider the following:

1) general size of home, number of bathrooms, floors, bedrooms
2) lifestyle: minimalist to clutter prone
3) activity within home: number of adults, children and pets
4) client expectation: custom cleaning requirements
5) frequency of clean: weekly, biweekly, monthly, occasional

The hourly rate is based on one staff member in the home. The rate is set to compensate staff well for work done and travel time between jobs. The Standard Maintenance Clean is billed at $30/hour, with a minimum of two hours work per visit. Weekly clients receive a frequency rate that gives them a half hour free for every consecutive weekly clean. Intensive Cleans include spring, fall, Post Party, Pre-move, post-move and post construction cleans are billed at $35/hour.
